Can someone teach me how to import a newly made object from 3ds max become a 'mesh' and import it to CharacterFx, I am actually using Andrew Vanbeck's tutorial in making a platformer game. If someone could teach me step by step for I am really new into this. Generally I want to make platformer game similar to what's in the tutorial.
By the way here's the part of the tutorial where it tackles about the characters

I have used it time ago, and I think I loaded an .x file now I can't remember. You can use a plug in like Panda exporter or Quest 3D exporter to export to x and try. First you load the object and then asign bones to vertex....I remember, it was very simple, but you didn't have many rotation option. I use Panda exporte from 3DMax, and it gos super.
