Storyline/Description:

A Scifi adventure into the future. You will be on a space station learning the new ways of living in space. Where your station will be selected by an alien race as the start of a major offensive towards Earth and the existance of man kind. Fight off new alien Foe and take matters into your own hands by pushing them back and defeating your new but old alien neighbors.

LIghting looks great and clean, so that's good. The ceiling is the same as the floors though in some screenshots, change that if you can aaand, the design looks cool so far.

This kinda feels like a darker version of Beyond-Life. I like how you have un-explorable areas to view (at least I think hey are), because it adds more atmosphere.

Wow that looks amazing Pain!

It has the feel of an "open" map, meaning like a free roam world!

The only problem i have with it is that the segments you use have lights on them and there is no light coming from them. Also on the crates, they have lights but no actual light is coming from them. I really don't care about it that much im just saying!

Can't wait for the release of this man!

well, not all lights have that much range. And it looks pretty cool with those glowy spots in the dark. This is a very intriguing game. MOAR PIXORS!!!

Thanks guys!! Im really glad you like it.

The lights, I like the simple glow effect. I really do not have the space left in these maps to add the lights on each segment/entity light. So I think they will remain unless FPSc magicly becomes more stable.

As it is if I add any more lights it crashes. I have it at the line full. lol

Looks really nice, however I don't like the roof in that large hanger - It's very flat and pretty bare. Think about perhaps make the ceiling architecture more interesting - perhaps an opening which has some observation windows or even see if you can slant the roof a bit.

Butt Monkey (interesting name lol) I agree it is very plain. I planed on changing it. Im just building the level first then adding the detail so that way when it starts geting crashy i can esily remove the less nessasry detail.

I love it. It doesn't look boring and plain, while not being overly grungy. I like it, especially the last pic. In the first pic, the ceiling seems to be the same as the floor, not sure though, it just appears that way from this point.

Hey I really like the mood and,were your going with this.
I think the hanger bay looks sweet.
You have nice detail in the level,I also like the lighting it really
shows your detail in the level and adds nice atmosphere.
I love sci-fi this should be fun to play. how many levels?

I am going to make it a point to finish this Project by the end of this year or Bust.

I do how ever have many things coming up in life that are big changes Like becoming a first time father (YAY!) and work changes and just recently got a house (YAY!) so I may have delays towards the end of the year, all of that is going to hit me in the face all at once in the month of December.

Please bear with me.

I love the architectural style of the room but the lighting I don't like. never ever use white lights, always give them some colour.

Thanks for the post Bugsy,

In regaurds to the light - its just there to show the work done since its WIP - I am not nearly finished with those rooms yet. Just a showing what is being developed for the time.

I will adjust the lighting after i am finished placing the models that way I know whats on my mind about what I am doing with the Shadows. Plus the white lighting gives me Ideas while I test the map with the shadows I see so it actually helps me in a way.

I will post new ones with in the week.
