What The admiral is trying to say is that most folks are busy on their own projects and don't have the time to write a game for you.

If you want help, learn as much as you can from the manual and tutorials. Try tweaking some programs and writing a few small ones. Once you have done that, you can ask more specific questions and expect to get answers to them.

If you're looking for a team (dudes to do some special functions, animators, co/designers, etc.) try the team request area. If you're looking for help on something you're working on in your rts then post some additional information. Or else if you want to know where to start making your rts game (gosh, that sounded just like an if....then), then I suggest making sure you know how to manipulate sprites (movement, animation, etc.) and then figure out so that when you click on an area of the screen the sprite animates and moves toward that position.
