You need FPSC X9 with 1.18 version or more. Also you can use a MOD.
If you use X9 1.18:
- Creates a trigger zone
- Change the main script: You Scripts Folder--Water Scripts and select the script you want use.

The Complete Script Syntax is very useful.

Use the search box on the forum to figure it out

Anyways, M61Vulcan answered it pretty much. Another way you can do it is (if you are using X9 1.18) go into your entitybank and you should find "Water Zone". Click it, and click one of them to add it to your map, this will save you from look through your scriptbank.

Hope this helps,
- Josh

Do the following steps:

1. Start FPSC.
2. Click on File and then click on Open.
3. Double Click on the folder named "samples."
4. Double Click on the map named "WaterRoom."
5. Run the test level and play in the water.
6. Before your finger tips get all wrinkly, exit the level.
7. Notice the trigger zone in upper left corner of map.
8. Right click on the trigger zone to bring up the parameters.
9. Notice that "Main" has a waterscript assigned to it.
10. Using FPI EditPad or Notepad load the script waterscripts/water.fpi and study the script.

Two things to remember. One is that the water will always cover the whole level. However, you make adjustments using the water height command. Setting it to zero will make the water as high as the trigger zone. This is where it is set in the water.fpi script. Change this number and test it out.

Place a trigger zone

give it the script of water.fpi (in the folder waterscript) that the latest version of FPSC comes with.

Also you can have a look at my post and media to get more info and water as my water does not flood the whole level, but can be used in almost any shape and size
