I don't know if this has been asked before, but what i want to do is have a script that fires fast. The weapon i have in the game i am working on is the assault rifle, and knowingly i fires at a slow speed. What i would like to know if there is a script that will speed up the fire rate of the weapon so that the weapon fires faster. Now am aware that this script will piss through ammo like crazy, but short controlled bursts would be recommended for this game i am working on. And i am not sure if anyone would have a script for this.

In the gunspec, set the "firerate=X" to a lower value.

no, its "gunspec.txt" in files/gamecore/guns/... 1 for each weapon-folder.
but make savety-copy before changing it

recomend firerate= 3500.
