Taking pictures or attaching them?

Try CTRL + print screen or even ALT and then open MS PAINT and CTRL + V into there and then save as a jpg image. Or what otherwise?

Its awkward...

ok thanks for your help, i might. If i can get round to do all mp10 ironsights release a pack for free. but i need this done.
scripting is too hard for me, but if i give up i carnt get better.
