DBPro is already equipped with sufficient native commands for in-game chats.

Also, I don't think you're posting in the right thread here. From what I can tell, and forgive me if I'm misunderstanding you, you're either making a team request or asking "who thinks my idea is great and would, hypothetically, go along with it?" kinda thing. The beginners corner is for requesting help with something or posting resources that would be useful to beginners.

Don't take this the wrong way, I'm just giving you a heads-up before somebody flames you (unlikely but possible) or a mod locks your thread (75% likely).

EDIT:

Okay, this clearly IS a team request. The newcomer's corner is not for team requests. Also don't shamelessly bump your threads, it won't win you any favours. This thread is prolly gonna be locked soon.

are they video like skype if the are tellme how resource down loads are good for the forums but to chat on skype about a work in progress or even a newcommer being shown word of mouth the info of a code snippet is much better and of course the number of student makers can also benifit this is also a good connection of the facebook which tgc supports so i see no reasone to stop some one from using skype in the mix . won,t you find it great to speak to team and fellow foumers trough skype which still dose not handle content but makes great verbal communication .

whoa... Slow down... Now you're talking video chat... While DBPro itself doesn't support video capture (or at least the version I use), the gap would be easy enough to bridge with a third-party plugin of sorts.

There are many ways to go about this. I don't know about using Skype or its components though. There may be licensing issues to consider. I don't use it myself but I believe it is free. But that doesn't make it open source. You'd have to read up on the license carefully. If its legal and you want to use skype, then go for it.

Dartnub, I don't suppose you've seen the 'edit post' button yet? When your logged in, under your avatar in each post there is an edit button allowing you to edit that post, just incase you forgot to add something or want to fix typos etc.

With video chatting to other developers about projects you my get more responses in a different area of the forums as nonzero suggested, perhaps Geek Culture. If you do decide to post there you'll have to make your intentions clear and whether or not it is a team request thread.

Unfortunately we don't allow the formation of teams on this forum (for a number of reasons).
Feel free to browse the forums (more specifically the WIP and Program announcements sections) if you want to ask people about their work.

Also, please use the edit button in future, we don't allow people to double post!

Cheers!
