why when i import a 3ds file sometimes appears a message which tells that have too many vertex??

i have the trial version, i dont know if the reasson is that or maybe is my PC...

the problem is that milkshape cant handle more that X amount of vertexs on a model. and if you are trying to load a model that maxes out milk, it would probably be too high-quality to run well in a DB game. for you texturing questions check out this link: www.machinima.com/articles/modeling_intro_index/ (this page should have about 4 milk tutorials, but the link is very slow on my pc)
