Could somebody please make a money scipt, so you like get a certain amount per kill and you can't pick up a weapon until you get that many credits? please put it w/ comment so i can download it! thanks

Hi Carter, welcome to the forums. You want to go ahead and read this:

But to answer your question, at the bottom of the page is a search bar, search the word Zombie, or Nazi Zombie, someone has already got a great start on this and you can download and mess around with it or see how they did it. I believe it was Gencheff so look for posts by him.

People here will always help you out, but you need to start the script first and then ask for help on the parts you need help on. If your brand new to scripting, maybe get some tutorials and start with something simple first.

Or you could rephrase the above message as:

It is good practice to look for a tutorial first... and then see if you find something relavent in that tutorial... if you do or can not find something... Post your findings or lack of and then say your at the last resort... asking for "gimme teh codez" help [see banners lol]

I would not like for a new member to have a negative feeling on their first feel on the forums... but yes just to let you know there are ettiquetes (forgot how to spell it) involved on these forums see his link for information on it

There was this by Gencheff. Not sure if that is what you are looking for, but gives a good explanation.

And the point of this is what exactly? The thread Raymondlee pointed out has been a sticky here for quite some time. The stickies have a purpose, and there is nothing wrong with directing people to them. It is the same as in the Models and Media section- people come in wanting a model made and we direct them to the important stickies.

If a Mod does not want us directing people to them, then a Mod can tell us so.

Sorry just ignore what I said... I may have overreacted due to other negative feelings recently via the forum... but I wasnt referring to the link... so I do apologise Raymondlee306

I think I should have mentioned that some words can cause certain emotional reactions for some as this forum is under stated by some and they might not realise it is a crucial resource for some... it is for me.

I just think sudden slaps or bans can be very distressing for some like me. I think this might be due to almost having died twice this year and the reason for the first time... kicked my emotional senses a great deal.

oh and hi BlackFox... hows BlueFox?

Again I do sincerily apologise if I offended anybody.

No apologies necessary. I was merely trying to point out the importance of the sticky posts and the material in them are important for new people. If one comes in wanting others to do the work for them, then we get a flood of it happening. If people did search, can't find what they need, and ask after the attempt, many of us are willing to help them out at that point. The key is to make an attempt first. It is like the old saying:

Give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. Teach him to fish, he eats for a lifetime.

Ooooooooooh I love baking... but have been depressed since I moved back from Denmark as no Oven... but planning to buy one soon as got fet up of not having one...

Hey Mikey, don't you have an outpost in the middle of the Sahara? You know, where that one palm tree is? Perhaps you could dispatch some camels from there!

A very simple method is to use health because you don't need to change hardly anything. The concept would be...

Change the HEALTH Hud to a different title like CREDITS.
Add health for each kill.
Add "plrhealthgreater" condition to each weapon pickup.

If you just want to quickly test a money-type system or go the easy route this will work. Of course that's dependent on not needing health. Otherwise, you'll have to make up new huds and variables, but the concept is the same.

Camels are dispatched during Easter. Dog sleds during Christmas.
