Windows / Testing tier2 windows c++ app on mobile device

I am working on my app using tier 2 VS. I want my app to only use the landscape view but I can't test it out on windows. How do I test my app on a mobile device?

you have to recompile your app in Xcode to test it on iphone, or eclipse to test it on android.

Both have simulators where you can tilt the phone and check landscape/portrait
