When I press the home button to get out of the app then when I try to go back into it crashes giving me a dropping 1 event on the floor on logcat. Only Solution I found was to just make it exit to stop it from freezing up.

Second CPU usage is super high at 50% is there a way to fix/change that?

It might be that AppGameKit runs as fast as it can, using maximum processing power. Hopefully there's a way to relinquish some processing time, otherwise it's going to run the battery power down pretty quickly.

It doesn't run as fast as it can on my netbook. CPU usage is quite low when I don't do anything.

But it is a game oriented software, games usually make phones go warm.
