Newcomers DBPro Corner / I want to load .x files PLZ HELP

Hi
I have just started DarkBasic(not pro version).i can load x files which are coming with darkbasic but yesterday i drawed a object in 3ds Max 5 and converted to a .x file but darkbasic didn't load it.
i used load object command.what i forget?plz help me

if you are using Max5... use the pandasoft exporter... it exports .x files... when you start converting files you have the possibility to loose material information

and if the object is more complex than a cube... make sure you use UVW Map... i also use Max5... so if you need help on how to do it... i can help

many of my models which become converting into x files get messed

on DB Pro u can use 3DS files and forget this stupied x-file converting

if u have a earlier version of max like 2.1 or 2.5 u can try export them as 3ds and then convert them with the dos converter into x

I am using max3.1 and latest dbp - I can load .3ds files directly without any problems
