Hi All, Been awhile since I have been here.

I don't know if anyone remembers the topic about the Sound CD I was developing, but here is an update with some info.

About 3 months ago, I placed an add for someone to help me make a menu for a sound effect cd. several people responded, and 3 differant people/teams were selected to build it. However, not one of them has followed through. So the cd will not be released!

I have come to realize that if you want professional quality results, an amateur game development board is the wrong place to ask for help. People are too busy with there projects, or are to lazy. Unfortunately with the major population at most of these boards being under the age of 18 (13), this can be expected.

I am, however, in my first quarter of C++ classes at my local collage. So I will soon be releasing the Sound CD, with all the programing done under me. So those of you who are interested in this cd, can still obtain one.

I am also releasing a map editor (world editor), where you can build your levels for DB/DBP and others. It will be like CShop, but you will be able to import/export to differant formats & it is cross platfrom compatible with Windows,Linux,Unix,Mac (at this point in time).

If you want more information on any one of these two projects, please feel free to e-mail me.

I have been away, sorry.

1. The planned cost for the cd is $10.00 USD
2. CattleRustler: If you want to give it a try, go ahead.
E-Mail me at admin@dtagames.com

I am busy with school, family, and a world editor program, so I will not undertake the sound cd programming at this point in time.

I am working on a world editor project.
It will be like CShop and WED (Conitec). More information on this when beta testing is done. I can tell you it will import/export .X and .hmp

DTAGames is exdcepting eight (8) free postions on the beta team. Please send a "resume" to worldeditor@dtagames.com

I should add that, all your resume needs to have is:

1. What is your stong point in game development
2. What games do you play (If any)
3. What project have you done or are doing
4. Have you ever beta test a project before
