Hello, I'm a small Indie developer. I'm hoping to develop a small game. It'll be a small retro side scroller shooter, with comedic Sam&Max style humor. I have already developed all the gameplay mechanic scripts, and the audio files. The only thing left is the Sprites, and the World(And music.). I have no friggen' idea about how to even make a stick figure sprite, so, I'm hoping a brave soul with the strength of 10 Megustas can help me with this.

I'm thinking you're looking for an artist?

My suggestion is to sign up over at DeviantArt.com and post on their projects forum that you're looking for an artist.
You'll get a range of talent their from the beginner who may work on this with you for the experience, or up to the paid artists with high quality work. You can also browse different art categories (they have one for game related art) and try to find an artist that way. Most of the good ones are for-hire.

You'll probably want to post some more background on your game's story and style before you'll get many serious takers though, like a synopsis.

If you need help with the DBPro code to make it happen, then lots of us here are happy to try.

Good luck!

Thou seekest to attain the power of pixel-art or lookest thee for an artist.
Naphier's right if you're looking for an artist. Signing up with online art communities is the best way to do it.
If you want to become a pixel artist, this is probably one of the best tutorials ever and I see it's been updated since I last read it some time ago:
http://gas13.ru/v3/tutorials/sywtbapa_almighty_grass_tile.php
This is part one of several that will guide you to becoming a reasonable pixel artist. If you still completely suck after going through the WHOLE tutorial and PRACTICING a decent amount of time, then you simply can't and that's fine, you can still out-source.

Thanks to ye for the suggestion, but no, I AM a Sprite Artist(AES Sprite Development & Max 3D Modeller.) I need to know a few things I should have said eariler:
-Do I have to make the levels firsts before I make the characters?
-How do I code the player?
-Does DBPro only accept certain types of Sprites?
-Does Godzilla have an infatuation with Toyko?
-Are there any good tuts on making platformers?
