Question though what effect is this for

I tried limiting the zone area to have ankle deep water
then waist deep followed by your under water but
can't find the settings.

Actually, there is a command to change the weapon that the player is using, I can't remember it off the top of my head, but you can find it in Ched80's script syntax list.

1) Integrated hands when entering the water, with swimming animation.
2) diving mask Insertion
3) special animation when you press fire
