I'm trying DB and I use 3DMax for my models.I m pretty good at it- I guess, but I have a hard time to load a model into DB, I saved the model as .3ds.Can I get some advice please how to load my models form Max.Thanks in advance

make sure you are using all the latest versions of:

DBP
DBP Editor
Direct X (9.0b)
Your video drivers

You should be able to load .3ds files directly with LOAD OBJECT()
command

i use pandasoft's exporter to export to .x files... works great... if you need animation go to http://members.lycos.co.uk/mrdarclyte/ and it shows you what you need to set it at so they work.

If you are using DBpro I don't think it loads 3ds (even though it says it does. I had to get a pluging to export as .x (Direct X).
