Stupid question really but.... do I get an .exe that will work on standard MS Windows o/s?

If no, how do I get that?

If yes, is the .exe ok to run with lower versions of DirectX? Windows 98? Windows XP? Vista? 32 and 64bit?

a long time dabbler with DBC and DBPro with no actual talent but lots of enthusiasm...

When you compile your app, an .exe is produced in the folder which is relative to .cbp file position.

It will work on Windows XP and up. Should work on 64 bit systems too.

It doesn't even require DX, as it uses OpenGL. (Everybody have pretty new release of it)
