Simply: You can't.

Complex: There are programs available that attempt to create geometry from 3d pictures, but generally they completely mess up areas hidden by the picture. Your best bet is to start modelling.

there was a thread just recently that discussed this in detail there was even a video...

sorry but I can not remember which it was and my email box is packed already...

There are literally thousands of free 3d softwares, but if you want good support, especially from this forum, then check out this page:

There are a few good free choices on it.

Are you talking about a program to create the model yourself? Or somewhere that you give a picture and they do all the work for you?

If the former, Design Runner's got you covered. If the latter, I don't think there is anywhere.
