FPSC Classic Scripts / Is Horizontal Compass in 1.19?

I can't recall what version of FPS it was or if it was a mod but there was once a way to create a horizontal compass. Was a fallout3, skyrim sytle compass. If its not possible in official 1.19 is it possible to request it for a future version?

RPGmod has an horizontal compass. If TGC want the code for v120 they can have it.

Oh that's where I was using it from, RPGmod. But awesome if it could be included to v120.. I'd very much love that. Is there an official location to put in requests for v1.20?
