Ive been challenging myself to make this gun for the past 2 weeks, but i finially got it without having to restart. Took about 12 hours with everything about 10 hours of modeling. Im using blender cause its free and im broke and its just as good as the $3000 software in my mind. This is my second succesful model, but its accually my only successful model because i dont count my ACR cause its odd. Ive only been modeling for about 2 weeks learning from trial and error, and i originally started with the F2000 but ended up with the ACR as practice. Im planning on textureing it the best i can and animating it the best i can so its FPSC ready and get it on the TGC store hopefully sometime this year or end of the summer maybe.

well here it is, progressing to finish

and the finished model

I like it! I've been thinking about doing a FN Scar, or a P90, lately. If you don't mind me asking, what's the triangle count on this model? Good job!

Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.

Very nice looking model.

To get a triangle count in blender you need to go to edit mode and hit ctrl+T, this will triangulate the model for you. The poly count is after the FA on the top bar next where it says Blender Render.
