Dark GDK / how do you rotate a sprite like agk from pivot points

I seem I can't find the command and I want to do the same game on dark gdk as agk. But agk has pivot points you can rotate sprites.
SetSpriteOffset is agk's command and and all i see is rotate sprites.

Developer of Space Chips, pianobasic, zipzapzoom, and vet pinball apps. Developed the tiled map engine seen on the showcase. Veteran for the military.
