If I want my whole project to complie into one file, do I have to go through the process of adding each of the files in the DBP editor. Currently I have 200 files that would need adding. I never remeber having this problem in DBC.

Thanks

when you add media it adds it to the exe so your exe will end up being huge. There are options to encrypt and compress media as well. I never bother and just keep the media in the dir with the exe but I could see where some people would want to "protect" their media - I am not at that point of releasing my epic works, yet...

You could write a program that will add the entries in the .dbpro file a lot quicker and easier than the ide.

Or you could use this to add the media files
http://winch.8bit.co.uk/db/proedit.htm

The dbpro exe extracts all the media to the TEMP dir before using it, With a lot of big media files this can be a bit slow especially if you use the compress / encript options for the attached media.
