I am afraid the answer is NO but just to make sure:

Is there an ACTION like PLRMOVETO=(name of entity) for NPCs or entities? No pushing or the like, I was looking for a way to "teleport" an entity to someplace on a map.

In case you find my grammar and spelling weird ---> native German speaker ^^

Destroyandactivate in the first entities destroy field. Just name the entity that appears in the second location somethng different.

Thanks, but this is no workaround I can use. I need the entity constantly moved, not replaced.

What if you made the second entity dynamic and wrote a script with the plrdistwithin=. And destroy and activate.

It works in the test game and map editor I seem to always have running in my mind these days.
Tonight it was 8+ hours of learning how to make quality norm, spec, diffuse maps. For fun, because I needed a break from fpsc. So I sit and learn about mapping and shaders. What's wrong with me? And all the while In the back of my mind imthinking about your question. *rant*
