To point you in the right direction you would give your decal to spawn the same name as your remote door. Then a script to activate it when the door is activated. Something like this..

It gives lots of help on activating entities and such.

on spawn decal i use this script... just add your line to the script ?

Yep, you almost got it. Here's the whole script.

Remember to place this as your decal "Start" AI script.Tested,works.
Noticed the decal sound(if one) doesnt play till activated.
Also,note rundecal=2(loop face player) rundecal=3(loop keep angle)
rundecal=-1 (???) Open the decal.fpi and your choices are listed.
