Hi guys, I have recently downloaded the FPS Creator patch and I really liked that the ability to recruit allies was added (The Dark AI scripts). However, when testing, the characters on my team started shooting. I didint even get a chance to recruit them to follow me.

I happened to have added enemy ai for team 2 but I amnot sure if my comrades in game were shooting them. It seems to me that they were shooting each other in the game instead. What is even more jarring is that my team and the enemy team is in separate rooms.

Does anyone know how to prevent your teammates from shooting from the start? I want to start out by going over to my allies and recruit them., Then when they follow my character, I go over to the enemy characters and THEN my teammates can shoot at them. What wold be the proper scripts for this matter?

Thanks in advance
A dude

Did you make the appear script for the allies "appear-ally-team1" and "appear-enemy-team2" for the enemies? Also, you must use dark ai main-melee or main-weapon for it to work.

I have already set the allies and enemies to the scripts you have mentioned. They still keep shooting from the start.

Again, I simply want the allied characters to not shoot first at the start of testing the game.

Ohh, i think a dude thought you said the allies were
shooting at each other.
You can try to spawn the enemy later on.
or
you can make A script that waits a few seconds before it runs
that main ally script

Joey-May god have mercy upon my enemies, because I won't.
