ive looked all over not everywhere but everywhere out in the open. but i want to model a car or suv for the practice and probly a game in the future. i want to make it with an interior and doors that can be rigged to open n such. my problem is making the interior or the car and the doors. i try making my models in one shot in one peice. i know its not gunna be one peice because of the doors and interior but i need advice on how to go about making the vehicle. should i like make the solid model and cut out the interior area i want inside or im really twisting my brain with this someone give me any adive please

That's quite a good way to do it. Select the faces, and detach faces. Then work on the interior as a separate model. Cut, and paste should maintain the original position.

The intrude function in most modelling programs would be very useful for this. Model the exterior, then intrude where the door is and the windows. (don't model the door as part of the exterior). Then move/delete verts and make the interior.

Not sure what modeling software you are using but here is an example for Wings3d.
Most other modeling software has the same features.
The tutorial is for a plane but it would also apply to a car.
It shows how to quickly model the interior.

I would start with the lower part of the car (wheels, "floor") then model the interior and then everything else around it. this way you have a much better overview of the cars interior while working on it.
