so I'm making a game in which there is a hostage to rescue.
My question is how to mission fail if the hostage dies??

Add to Hostage destroy script:

:state=0:dimvar=missionfail,setvar=missionfail 1:state=1
:state=1:rest of the script stuff

Add to trigger zone:

:state=0,varequal=missionfail 1:plraddhealth=-1000

In this example it kills the player if the hostage dies, but you can do a load of other stuff like show text saying "Mission Failed: Hostage was Executed"

um,I'm new to scripting so please can you tell me how to show a message when I enter in a trigger zone
