Good day everyone,
allow me to present another model pack I just finished today.

(Colors differ from the preview, this yellow on the right is really ugly and for some reason is only in the preview picture)

Included are 21 dirty-looking, high-quality, one by one FPS Creator segment sized suspension ceiling segments like you might know them from various offices. Usually they are used to hide cables and to make a high ceiling appear somewhat lower. In FPS Creator you can make your scenes with such details much more realistic and vivid (well, the exact opposite ) - especially if you make an abandoned looking scene.
You get one segment (which consists of five parts - a frame and four tiles that are held in place by the frame) that is non-damaged. The rest is more or less destroyed. Also there are variations with cables running above the segment and hanging down and even a few versions with a lightbulb hanging down on a cable (light lit up, not lit, sticking out wires instead of a lightbulb). As an addition you recieve all the cables used in the segments as single pieces, so you can place them however you want on the ceiling and a tile from the segments to scatter in your scene (count the holes in the ceiling!) and also a little dynamic "sticking out wires"-entity.
There are two textures used; one 512x256 pixels and one 512x512 pixels to make the usage more convenient.

Other instructions you can find in the ZIP-file you will receive.

Just go ahead and download it!

I wish you all the best and have fun with the pack!

Yes, this is a super buy. Even sight unseen.

Hello there,

abdullh, email sent.

To the others: I just saw that there is a "little" error in the pack, which I didn't notice, even though it was quite obvious. Anyway, I already uploaded an updated archive. So if someone already downloaded the pack, please redownload from the link in the email I sent you.

Greetings,
Jan

Seth Black, email sent.

And here's the demonstrational screenshot. Looks pretty bad, but you can clearly see its' function.

Hello there,

GreenDixy, I already had my settings so people don't need to have a PayPal account to buy something. For me the button shows up.

sic1ne, unfortunately I don't have any other option, as PayPal is the fastest and (for this speed) safest way to pay for something. If you have a credit card, or an EC card at hand, you can purchase with PayPal without the need of an account.

Jan

Very nice; you should think about setting up an account in the TGC Store, as an addition to selling yourself. Especially for these once in awhile things.

Hello there,

sent out more emails. And thank you for the nice words, Keith!
I will look into getting my models into the TGC Store. I heard, it's a ton of paperwork, is it?

TheK

Its not a ton of paperwork but you will be sent a contract to sign.
Drawback is that TGC ask for 50 percent of any purchase which means if you sell a single model for £1.00 you will receive 50 pence from the sale.
Plus you can only invoice for your sales once the sales reach $100.00 or more.

Your decision, good luck.

BTW - I like your Suspended Ceilings.

I just discovered that I didn't purchase it. So, just did.

If you contract with TGC store can you still sell it on your own individually? I'm not familiar with the contract. Seems like you should be able to since they take so much and you can't even ask for an monies until it reaches 100. For the most part I've always thought of TGC as being fair but this doesn't seem to fair to me. IMHO.

THEORY - you know everything but nothing works. PRACTICE - when everything works but don't know why. For me, theory and practice are combined: nothing works and I don't know why.
