I have made quite a lot of models and I want to apply shaders to them. I was wondering which shaders are we allowed to include with the models. I'd like to sell models that use shaders since they looked kind of bland without them.

You should simply reference shaders, you dont need to include them, if you change the shader parameters then its easy enough to post the changes needed. Other than that you would need permission from the original creator, particularly if they aren't stock.

as far as i'm aware bond1's free shaders are ok to distribute but i havent looked at the readme in over a year. so just check that inacse you do.

I'm actually a bit confused which shaders were stock. Ive purchased way too many items in the years and downloaded far too many free stuff as well to keep track of which was which.
