How would I make the car in this code tilt and jump?

you need to do some physics ie gravity,weight,speed etc. im not sure how realistic (or if it even works) it will be but try this code:

i cant fill in the variables for you because the scale of everything would be wrong

The [carweight] variable should be an equation to do with the cars weight and speed.

One idea that I'm going to try is to give each tire of a car its own collison box. As the wheels move over terrain or up a ramp, I'll add code to adjust the roll and pitch of the vehicle body. The vehicle itself will use move object so that an upwardly tilted vehicle will jump. Applying gravity to the wheels will eventually pull the vehicle back down.

When the next release of nuclearglory's collision DLL is out, I'll let you know how that works.
