to texture a object in a new camera. like if i were to make a camera
and position it in the same place as my first camera so i can texture a object in my new camera a dif texture to make some N.V.G

It sounds like you're trying to retexture the same object and overlap the cameras. I don't think that will work since each camera has to be in its own rectangular region. [Think piciture in picture mode on your TV.]

If you want a multi-texture overlapping effect, create two models, give them each a different texture and ghost one or both of them.

Not sure what N.V.G stands for, toss me a clue, eh?

Just stick a green transparent plain in front of your camera if nightvision=1 No need for retexturing Sprite Alpha would work fine too
