Hey that was uncalled for, I think he was merly pointing out that there are similar models already available which might suit your needs plus he must have looked at your image to see what kind of target you were refering to.I have been around here for quite some time and I can confirm that I myself have seen 'many' of these types of target models put up for download in all shapes and designs.

Maybe in your first post you should have stated that you would like an 'exact' copy of the design in the image you supplied?
Another thing you could do is to explain exactly how you wish to use it i.e 'do you want it 'static' and attached to a ceiling rail' or 'have animations which give the impression of it moving if it is to be used with a script'?
I don't want to come across as over baring but the more you explain the requirements of your request the more he will be able to give you an answer to wether he will be able to do it or not.
He has stated that he is 'new' to modelling and there will be some things that he may not be so confident about doing such as 'animation and scripting' which takes a lot of practice to get right but the main thing is that he is willing to do it for free and so far I think he has done a great job at that.
Again, I'm not trying to offend you but please take the time to 'fully' explain what it is that you require exactly.
