So here is what I have. I've done several variations and such but this is about as core as it gets (with animations not working). I'm using the Civilian Soldier models as a body and they attach to the player fine. They move along with Y axis fine. When you move the camera and having an X offset, however, proves to be an issue. I want the body so positioned that you can just see the top of the neck in the screen when looking all the way down. I don't want to the player to see inside the model.
Anyone know of any ways of pulling this off correctly? It somewhat works but when you move the mouse around in circles, it offsets the camera off of the entities's center. I've been scratching my head for hours. I've also gotten animations to work from time to time but they always quit when I do heavy modifying and now I'm starting to lose my place with stuff. Notice that I've opted out the crouch animations because it is disabled right now, but feel free to crack at it you guys!
A believable body is totally possible right now without the mods of old BUT there is some tuning to be made. I figured asking you scripting gurus for some insight.
Thanks again!
