The game centers around a Medal of Honor frontline-esque feel.

Looks good, but turn the ambient light down a bit, and it looks like you're using pure white lights maybe? Always avoid pure white.

Cheesehead for life.

@Johnski

I don't want to poop on your parade, but, that's what happens with most games when they are first uploaded to Indie DB. My puzzle game was listed as 18th.....for about 2 days, then it quickly dropped to below the 1000th position.

If you manage to keep your game in the top 100, good on you, just don't be down heartened if it drops a few hundred places in the next few days.

Game looks good so far. I agree with Le Shorte, you do need to bring the ambience down a touch.

The same deal happened to me with IndieDB, and I was like

However exactly as I expected it dropped. Next day no. 54, then 78, then 300 and so on . . .

Anyway I think changing the light colours to be yellow-er is a good move.

I must say, this is rather nice work. I know that the others have made it aware in previous posts, but turning your ambience levels down and making your lights a darker yellow color give a lot more depth to your generated environments and help to bring out the accents in the textures of your rooms and of the objects.
I also have a question for you: Is this game going to be based on sneaking around or are we going to see run-and-gun style gameplay? Either type can be extraordinarily good, if done correctly.
In any case, I'll definitely be following the development of this game closely and I really hope something great comes out of it!

In Soviet Russia, spoon bends you.

I know this may come to as a bit of a shock and a bit annoying, But WarFront has been put on hold to allow me to create a game that is i planned when i was a kid.

I will be returning to WarFront in the future.
