I'm an AppGameKit user, and I recently got a new laptop and decided to do a bit of DBP on it, so Installed DBP and I can compile programs fine, but when they run, they come up with the error: "The program can't start because d3dx9_31.dll is missing from your comptuer. Try reinstalling to program to fix this problem."
When I click ok: "Failed to load DLL (2: DBProSetupDebug.dll)"

The Laptop is a Dell Inspiron 15 3520 with Windows 8

you need to install DirectX 9.0c
