hey all, im working at a place where there are lots of different machines and i've been asked to make a circuit of automatic glue flow.

i have a PNP Sensor that checks if there is not enough glue/water, if so, the singnal goes at pin "[In] Sensor 24v" then it should activate the pump, the pump works like relay (but in the circuit i gave it an icon of a motor)

im not good at circuit designing and thats why i want to ask you guys, Who is most experianced with those stuff.

i made a black cube around the circuit i need to build.
please check if and tell me if i missed anything.

Thanks.

Can you tell me more about the sensor? Do you have a datasheet?

If not:
- Is the sensor output digital or analogue?
--> If digital, is the sensor output high or low (digital) when it senses something?
--> If analogue, what output voltage does the sensor give when it senses something?
- Is the sensor an active or passive sensor?
--> If active, what voltage does the sensor need to work?

What you have so far looks good, except for the way you control the sensor.

well its too late man.. i already finished up the circuit and it looks awesome.
tomorrow i gonna try it at work and see if it works.
so wish me luck!

as for the sensor, once it sees a water, it just returns back 24v. thats why i labeled [In] Sensor 24v

I remember taking an electronics class learning how to make circuit boards like that. Man I wish I remember that class. I made an 80 in that class.
