Hi...

New theme: castle
Have now uploaded the first pictures of the castle with a moat and gate bridge.
The models need to be adjusted, so can still change a lot. See for yourself ..

Oooh! This is looking awesome Lafette!

One thing, to make it more believable where the chains are attached to the wall there should be hinges. It looks great by the way!!!!

Super, I love castles. Are the turret walls and towers segments or entities?

Hi ...

thanks for all the comments. Since there is interest in castles, I decided to make me a little more intense deal with the issue. So far, I'm still at the beginning, I have a few designs ready, others discarded. Only so much, there will be segments of the walls and towers and entities.

mesh smothing has come out well in the above shot.
Building egments are important over building entities, because that way one can make 'custom' castles.
Please dont forget stairs ramps and platforms. I also have request, spiked floor segment so we can have pit traps.

Hi...

There are again some parts of the castle was finished. At the moment I'm busy with the walls and towers. As you can see from the pictures there are very many design options.

wow curvy, this is very exciting. There seems to be less post on the models boards, but what is posted is higher quality, quality over quantity, and some real advancements in model techniques as well as fresh ideas and possibilities. It feels like FPSc is moving up in the world and attracts higher quality users.

I hope one can put ledges on the castle walls for battlements, you might want to think of cutter brushes for windows, arrow slits ect, perhaps cutter brushes to make castle ruins. Whatever you choose I love to drop in and see your advancements on this super pack.

It is par excellence. There's lots of other mid-evil stuff that is also available that will go with this scenario.

Hi ....
After a long break I can again do something. Unfortunately I had to cancel the castle project (after a long break I lack the motivation and the thread, sorry ...) The relics can you have: download

This makes the head for my new project "dark cave" free.

Thank you very much for sharing.
Success with your cave project, looks good, can only imagine what you come up with next.
Maybe talk to Rolfy about this, you might work together on a marvelous cave pack.
