Hi, im new to the forum and am also new to the program (Or to be exact, havent purchased it yet). I just found this website and this program and i've gotta say that im very impressed! I've got a couple of questions:

1. Is it possible to edit/create maps and add them to different games? (Diablo 2:LoD for example...)
2. Same as above question, is it possible to insert sprites to different games somehow?
3. How much will it take to create a game similar to D2:LoD and even bigger?

1. it would probably be possible to get your map into diablo 2(you are thinking about cartography shop 3 right?) but you would have to write your own custom "exporter" to get your map into the game which would be VERY difficult. 2. i'm not sure. 3. a LOT of work! a game similar to diablo 2 is VERY possible with darkbasic pro, but the real question is, are YOU capable of diablo 2? games like diablo 2 take years to make and there are usually 20 to 30 people who are very good at making games working on them and have multi-million-dollar bugets. start out VERY small and work your way up to bigger games. remember, ROME WASN'T BUILT IN A DAY! spend a couple years learning darkbasic and THEN embark on a larger project.
