Could you be a little more specific about what your problem actually is? The vweap of what? If I remember correctly, there are two dozen or more guns in that pack, each having a vweap. The download and installation was also relatively 'complex' and needed a lot of files to be downloaded.
If you're missing files, the only thing I suggest you could do is check and double check that you've got ALL parts of the pack downloaded and installed correctly. No one has ever had this problem before, so there must be an issue with where or how you downloaded or installed the files, etc. This is information I can provide to you going of the very little amount of information you provided us. Apologies if it isn't at all what you're problem is, but tell us the problem and some of us may be able to help.
