I was a little leary of even charging this for it, you know how I like to make it affordable but each of these props had a fair amount of time simply painting them and optimising them as much as possible.

Really great looking models here Rolfy!

I am the same as Burger; and have no place for these. I am stuck on the 'grungy sci fi' media.

I don't need to say it, but, best of luck with the sales.

Great models at a great price.

Hi Rolfy

I saw these once upon a moon when you were working on them and really thought them fantastic. But I was under the impression that it was for personal use only, so you can imagine my pleasant surprise. This is great. Your artistry continues to amaze.

Purchased, obviously.

Sent Elbow, thank you

Glad you all like these, they were for personal project as said but I thought "why not", originally they were baked 'in scene' but I decided to make them for more general use and they have been a nice little exercise for future game media model creation.
Most of the detail is held in texture for shape and form, for instance the laying figure is sculpted from a plane. They receive lightmapping as additional shadow detail, it's something a little different

I have a problem with Demon cave entrance, from the outside it looks like a large cavern but I cannot see any walls when I'm inside until I move through a wall then I'm outside and the wall reappears.

The cave entrance is to allow access to segment corridors, I have designed it with a stair in mind or even placing a door.

Stairs leading down to corridors from cave entrance.

I reckoned it best for those using mainly stock segments to create an interior, or even better to use with your modular cave pack or my own upcoming cave system. If you want me to I could create an interior for this and add it to the pack. I wouldn't want to make it a part of the original model as issues with texture resolution and collision may arise. But even at that I reckon I could find a workaround to make it a complete entity

Ah, I see, I assumed the cave and cave entrance were on the same level (as in my email).

I think I have an idea what you want. I will make it with interior and add it to the pack.

Finished up a version of the cave prop with an interior, it has entrance and exit out the other side. It has no floor as this turned out as I suspected and had collision problems. The floor in the screenshot is terrain from my Environment pack but you can use whatever you like.

I will package this up and send it out tomorrow.

How bad was the collision rolfy ?

Did you try the latest unoffcial beta`19 on the beta thread almost last post.

I might be looking into collision problems more for the future.

Thanks Wolf, I am glad you found use for them

@s4real, the issues would be caused by an enclosed mesh which is entered, if you want to have no collision problems its best to create inner mesh as part of original model from the start and not add later (I have released complicated cave tunnels before which work just fine). But in this case as I suspected it didn't work too well, I believe this would have been an issue with such a model in any engine and not just FPSC.
