System Error : Surfaces could not be created.[..000. & Direct3D HAL] Failed to create a D3D Device from BackBuffer surface

Any time i go to the CLI or run a program i write in DB it crashes and shows this error. Any time i download a game written in DB i get this error
Im using a 800 MHz P3 with XP pro
Video card unknown but supports The Unreal Engine
PLEASE HELP ME

my best guess if that you need to update directx.....not sure, but that may be it...

try running dxdiag from your windows start > run menu and see which version of DirectX you have installed.

o_O Next time please please please dont name it "HELP MEEEEEEE" use something like "Direct3D HAL error"...
