If %username% says that %modname% has biggest banhammer among others users on TGC forums, what the result will be?
Scenario 1. %username% will be slapped by a %modname%.

Scenario 2. %username% will be slapped by %anothermod%.

.. b) because mod knows it's flase?

Scenario 3. He will not be slapped by a mod.

.. b) because they know it's false?
