i use torbo pascal, freepascal doesn't work right in xp.
turbo pascal is free too though and (in my opinion) has a better interface. also it is made by borland.

Turbo Pacal? Now that brings memories! Octopus memories, no less. Oh, programming the blitz fast 286's with Turbo Pascal from Borland. And hinted at the horizon was that unheard of power-beast the 386.

i am a total Blitz Basic expert, i started on it when i was 9, i am now 12 and can do almost anything 2D in it

i am ok at DB but i haven't made any thing good in a while

i think c and c++ are way to hard to program, i don't see the logic in them

i tried visual basic 6 a while ago and hated its guts

Hmmm. STOS was my favourite.

One good one was Ada. Y'know, program tanks, Eurofighter, big bombs 'n stuff. Cool. If I remember rightly, Modula 2 was written as a training language for Pascal, which was a training language for Ada. Is nice though. Just pretty useless unless you wan't to have subroutines like SELF_DESTRUCT, TARGET_TANK, or FOLLOW_ROAD_TILL_TARGET.

Cheers

I am 99% probably lying in bed right now... so don't blame me for crappy typing
