This is getting extremley annoying. I am making a horror game and I need it to be dark and player has a flashlight. I have used a file titled noambience.fpi which works but when I use a flashlight.fpi it makes a weird repetative ticking noise and doesn't even work. Any solution? Thanks.

Hi msatwal Welcome to the FPSC forums.
There are many "flashlight" scripts out there, so without seeing what you have it is a little difficult to help you. The "clicking" noise is probably you turning the "flashlight" on & off?

My guess is the "noambience.fpi" script is doing it's job. Most "flashlight" scripts require the ambience turned up, so I'm guessing this script is keeping it off? Hence, no "flashlight".
best
