Hi guys this is the first of 5 mini packs that will be available over the next few months.

This is The Blue Comet Diner. Modeled after the old subway car diners that are scattered around the towns, and cities in the U.S.

Note that there are a few vending machines from the store in the screens, There will be some in the pack. Or you can use your own.

Have a look.....

Now lets go inside......

And one last shot of the outside...

Please let me know what you think. Thanks.

In between Vaughn and Roswell new Mexico is a diner just like this one, every time I drive down to visit my family we eat there.

Wow, great job on the detail.

Brilliant as always, and oddly, something I've been looking for.

I don't often get onto the forums at the moment, but I love all your work Dale, and had to comment. Love the steps leading up to the Diner, are those from the pack or from somewhere else?

Good luck,

SC

No worries, as stated in the first post, the vending machines are there to dress up the screenshots, and will not be included. There will be some that I'm working on now, that will be in the pack though.

Thanks guys. I'm trying to get a feel for the pack, or see if any of you showed interest in such a project. So please continue to post your comments.

I'll post another screenshot of the vending machines when I get them finished up.

They are included in the pack. I had to make them to navigate the tall ground segments that build up around the diner as to shorten the hight of a full segment, which didn't look right at all. They will not work well with full hight segments. But if you want, I can easily make some that will.

Some that work with full segements as well sound ideal and I'm sure would be popular and useful. Whatever you decide to include I'm sure will be great.

Is the interior of the dinner segments or can you walk into the dinner model? Sorry if that's a dumb question

Looks like another great pack.

The Floor, and walls are segments. The windows are breakable, and with a bit of skill you can easily add on to the main building to expand the play space. Or you can easily retexture the interior, replace the end cap windows with the doors, and build playable subway train cars.

This is a question I knew would come up. Here's how it's done...

Nice choke and puke Dale.

There's no problem that can't be solved without applying a little scripting.

Thanks, It's just another item that I thought could be used to dress up city, or suburban areas. Might come in handy for an adventure type game as well.

Or a crime scene like in the game Indigo Prophecy...

I think it would fit well with D13's night city model packs. I would love to see more detective type games made in FPSC.... MAN, I WISH I COULD SCRIPT.
