There should not be much diffrence at all, except perhaps the shader may by different. An .x file is an .x file. Since Reloaded will support the .x file format, any model in that format will display just fine. And keep in mind, that since the animations are saved within the .x file itself, they will work the same. The only difference there "may" be, might be in the script syntax which calls the anis for display in the engine.
In other words, the .fpe, and .fpi files may change, but the models themselves won't.
