Is there any performance hit to use:

"CameraHeightWhenFirstPersonOn=100" as opposed to "CamH=100"?

Or is it simplified when it's compiled anyway?

Internally, it is converted to a memory location. The only (very very slight) hit you will get is when compiling when it has to do a lookup to get that memory location
