I need to know how to stretch the resolution of a program to the screen size.
For example, say I had a game with a resolution of 160x192 and I wanted to stretch that resolution to the screen without creating a new window. The reason why I want to do this is so that when I use Bandicam to record footage it doesn't create a video that is 640x480 and puts the footage in the corner of the recording. You can see what I mean if you simply set the display mode to a different resolution and record it in Bandicam.
Is there a way I can use code to achieve this end?

Man everybody got aids n' $h1t.

Not sure if you mean stretch or fill or fullscreen...

To stretch (it will be blocky!!!)

To fill the window:

Fullscreen
