could you see your way to having an upgrade path from SPP to SPPX and then also have this 30% discount applicable to that upgrade path?

Smart Packer Pro X is a different product than Smart Packer Pro so there is no upgrade path.

However we can offer a discount for existing Smart Packer Pro customers when purchasing Smart Packer Pro X.
