Hey, you need to get yourself some modelling software and knock up a world. I recommend CShop for quick and easy results...

Hope it helps,
Cheers.

are you sure you want a .3ds or .x? You'll have problems with collisions and moving about, unless you use polygon collision (slow) or a dll. I suggest using a matrix. Check the codebase for my code that loads bitmaps into matrices if you're interested. I use that so I can make matrixes in paint shop pro.

i suggest u take things very slow, and easy! the way ur using wont get u any where. and if u think people in these forumes are going to give u a full code of everything u want, ur wrong!
for the world, id think u should learn how to make one by using an editor like Matedit or LevelMaker or 3DMapeditor. all of them support DB code.

Reading through this spread allowed something to smack me in the face. .3ds and .x levels take up a lot of cpu speed, does DarkBASIC Classic support matrices?

thanks,
juvy
